The Turkish series Ne Gemiler Yaktım starring Deniz Baysal (Yasemin), Devrim Özkan (Fidan), Berk Hakman (Rutkay), and Erkan Kolçak Köstendil (Toprak) is going through challenging times.

On Monday, besides the show “Ne Gemiler Yaktım,” it shares the screen with series such as Kızıl Goncalar,” Safir,” and “Ömer.” With the launch of FOX TV’s new series, “Kızıl Goncalar,” both “Safir” and “Ne Gemiler Yaktım” have started to experience a decline in ratings.

While “Safir” has managed to gather a certain viewership, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for “Ne Gemiler Yaktım.” Despite presenting a different concept, diverse characters, and yet another distinct storyline to the audience, the series struggles to attract the expected attention.

Will the airing day of “Ne Gemiler Yaktım” change?

In the Turkish series industry, Monday hosts a high level of competition with shows like “Kızıl Goncalar,” “Safir,” “Ömer,” and “Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi.” Therefore, it seems that one of the best options for “Ne Gemiler Yaktım” would be to change its airing day.

Could “Ne Gemiler Yaktım” be discontinued?

Yes, that’s possible. The series maintains a rather stagnant storyline and fails to generate ample excitement for viewers. As someone who watches the series during its airing time, I’d like to express my opinions along these lines.

A production that delves into a narrative unable to capture the attention of the Turkish audience and progresses in a somewhat passive manner seems to have limited prospects in Turkey.

Of course, this doesn’t signify that the series is inherently bad. I’ve always been drawn to productions exploring different themes, hoping for them to achieve greater success. However, when considering the majority of viewers, this often doesn’t materialize. For instance, “Çöp Adam,” which once aired on Star TV, was also a genuinely appealing and unique production. It was one of those series that I watched without fail. Nevertheless, the viewership of just me and a small audience like mine isn’t enough to sustain a series on air. 🙂

In conclusion, if the airing day of “Ne Gemiler Yaktım” remains unchanged, its inevitable fate might be to conclude and be taken off the air.
