Summary of Episode 8 of the Sapphire Series: What happened in the last episode?
The rush to discover the truth intensifies
While Yaman is undergoing surgery, Feraye also narrowly escapes the danger of miscarriage due to her grief. Learning of Yaman’s accident, Ömer suffers an Alzheimer’s attack in shock.
Okan blames himself intensely. When Yaman comes out of surgery and survives the life-threatening situation, Ateş says to Feraye, “You never wanted the wedding anyway; it was all happening under my grandfather’s pressure. Let’s have a simple ceremony and get this over with.”
Meanwhile, Yaman, who has regained consciousness, goes after the letter he left for his brother. He asks Okan to retrieve the letter from his room. Will Okan be able to get the letter, or will it fall into someone else’s hands, containing all the truths?
Tensions between Vural and Ateş escalate even further. Vural now has plans regarding Ateş. While Gülfem warns Vural to stay away from her son, we learn about a past secret between them. Cemile argues with Okan and threatens to go to Vural and reveal everything. Okan tries to stop her, but a big surprise awaits Cemile and Okan when they arrive at Vural’s doorstep.
